MDG-Paris has 2 Options for rental property management here in Paris:
1)
Our client has just invested and will spend only few weeks in Paris, and does
not have anyone to take care of the rental, of the small repairs of
welcoming the clients, cleaning, laundry etc....
If the apartment match certain requirements (such as location, standing,
equipment, decoration etc...) one of our network management companies makes a contract direct with the owner.
In that case, we negotiate the monthly rent with them, and then we become
their main tenant (which means, we are responsible for any damage, we take
care of the insurance, repairs that tenant must do) and we manage the rental
(meaning we have the authorization to sublet it, either on a weekly or a
monthly basis, and we take care of everything, repairs, welcoming, cleaning,
laundry etc...) and each months the owner receives the monthly rent. (Of
course the owner can be in its apartment several weeks per year, the best is
that we know in advance).
2)
If the apartment does not match our requirements OR if your owner is very
often in Paris, in that case we can make a simple "mandate" non-exclusive,
to rent it on a monthly or weekly basis, through one of our network rental companies, the
owner give us the price he wants, and we propose it on our website with a
commission. In that case we can give them the contact of someone who does
the arrival and departure, ie. the price is usually around 110 euros
for a studio.
